Bianca Rama is a classically trained dancer who has been dancing both professionally and personally for the past 20 years. She was trained in Bharatanatyam under the guidance of Dina Sheth, founder of Kruti Dance Academy. Bharatanatyam is an ancient classical dance form which originated from India.
During Bianca’s Bharatanatyam training, she began to uncover the practice of Yoga in combination with dance. As the years progressed, she began to incorporate the asanas of yoga into the rhythms of music. Dancing Yoga was the result of these experiments. Bianca’s creation allowed her to solve many mysteries between the mind and body, and she started to see mental, emotional and physical benefits of the practice. Her love for yoga, dance and meditation grew over the years and the discipline that was passed on from Dina Sheth allowed her to form her own daily practice.
Throughout Bianca’s dance journey, she has had the opportunity to perform and be televised on NBC’s America’s Got Talent, Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade and Chak Dhoom Dhoom, aired on ColorsTV.
In 2017, Bianca completed her 200hr RYT certification at Johns Creek Yoga, under the guidance of Sheila McVay in Johns Creek, GA. Today, Bianca spends her time teaching yoga across Metro Atlanta by offering pop up classes, private/group classes, events and classes for teachers and students at neighboring schools!

As a former history teacher, Bianca loves to explore the connections between history, philosophy, religion and yoga, and brings this knowledge to the classroom to share with her students. Bianca guides her students through curiosity and wonder of the mind, body and soul. Her calming presence allows her students to experience the spiritual and physical journey of Yoga.

“My mission is to inspire those who are curious about the practice of Yoga” – Bianca
